Marc Sperling is the co-founder and President of T3 Live. He directs all trading activities for the company and specializes in trader development. Mr. Sperling remains one of the most esteemed and successful traders in the industry.Experience: Mr. Sperling has been actively trading for more than 10 years, and has been successful in every market since the beginning of the dot-com boom. After gaining notoriety for his success as a broker at Olde Discount Brokers in 1996, he left the firm to pursue his own goals as a trader. After several years as a top trader at Broadway Trading, in 2000 Mr. Sperling started his own firm, Sperling Enterprises, LLC. Under his direction, Sperling Enterprises earned a reputation as an elite short-term trading firm boasting many of the heaviest hitters in the industry. In 2007, Sperling Enterprises merged with Nexis Capital and T3 Live was created soon thereafter. T3Live is now a leader in trading, training and technology.
Education: Marc received a B.S. in Marketing from Ithaca College.

Scott Redler is the Chief Strategic Officer of T3 Live. He develops all trading strategies for the company and serves as the de facto face of T3 Live. Mr. Redler focuses on thorough preparation and discipline to achieve uncommon consistency as a trader. Experience: Mr. Redler has been trading equities for more than 10 years and has more recently received widespread recognition from the financial community for his insightful, pragmatic approach. He began his career as a broker and venture capitalist where he was able to facilitate relationships that led him into trading. Beginning his trading career at Broadway Trading in 1999, Mr. Redler moved on with Marc Sperling to Sperling Enterprises, LLC after establishing himself as one of the best young traders in the firm. As a manager at Sperling Enterprises, he maintained his status as a top trader in the industry while working closely with all traders in the firm to dramatically increase performance. Mr. Redler has participated in more than 30 triathlons and one IronMan triathlon, exhibiting a work ethic that also defines his trading. His vast knowledge and meticulous attention to detail has led to regular appearances on CNBC, Fox Business and Bloomberg, and he has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and Investor’s Business Daily among other publications. Mr. Redler produces much of the media and content available to subscribers and followers.
Education: Scott received a B.B.A. in Marketing/Finance from the State University of New York at Albany, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Albany’s School of Business.
Personal Statement: In order to complete a triathlon, or, even further, an Iron Man, you need motivation, discipline, staggering mental composure and an extensive game plan. Having completed twenty-plus triathlons and one Iron Man competition, I have mastered these qualities and incorporated them into my life on every level. My trading is no exception; to be a successful trader it takes discipline, passion, a positive outlook and mental toughness. I am the first one in the office and the last one to leave. Trading is a lifestyle, one always needs to continue learning and adapt to the environment to put oneself in a position to succeed. The stoic, prepared, accountable trader will always end up on the right side.
Evan Lazarus is the Chief Knowledge Officer of T3 Live. He leads the company’s strategic vision for trader education and manages all of T3 Live’s intellectual property. Mr. Lazarus employs a technical swing trading strategy.Experience: Mr. Lazarus has been in the equity trading business for 11 years. After three successful years at Freelance Equity Trading, LLC, he took a managing director position at Sperling Enterprises, LLC. At Sperling Enterprises, Mr. Lazarus, along with Scott Redler, managed the firm’s traders and developed its highly successful training program. His core competency lies in understanding the difficult psychological aspect of trading, and his ability to mentor other traders drove much of the firm’s consistent success. Mr. Lazarus became a partner in Sperling Enterprises in 2006 and stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer for the company. In 2007, he helped facilitate the merger between Nexis Capital and Sperling Enterprises. Mr. Lazarus now manages all training content at T3 Live.
Education: Mr. Lazarus received a B.A. in Communications from the University of Miami.

Brandon Rowley has invested in the equity markets for over 10 years and has actively traded with T3 Live since August 2007. Previously, he worked at a long-term investment management firm for several years. He combines intraday scalping with intermediate-term swing trades in an attempt to take advantage of both the very short-term and longer-term volatility in various markets.Brandon combines his background knowledge of fundamental factors with his understanding of technical conditions to discover and execute the proper trades. Brandon received his BBA from the University of Wisconsin School of Business and is a candidate for the Level II Chartered Financial Analyst program.
Mike Lee began his trading career in April 2000 and is now the head trainer at T3 Live. Since joining T3 in 2004, Mike has become one of the firms most consistent and profitable traders. He employs a disciplined momentum approach; since the start of his trading career he can count losing months on one hand. With a strong mind and passion for the markets, Mike is a master of the psychological aspects of trading. A technical analyst who thrives on managing risk and fast execution, he separates himself through his mental approach. Mike places a strong emphasis on money management and not giving back profits. Since becoming head trainer in 2005, he notes a significant improvement in his own trading as mentoring others has helped reinforce patience and discipline. Steve Levay has been trading the equity market since August of 2000. He started at Broadway Trading and has worked his way up to currently head the Philadelphia branch of T3Live. He is known as being one of the most consistent traders on Wall Street having not had a losing month in over 9 years. His style is quick scalp trading with an emphasis on not turning winners into losers. He gives a game plan every morning at 9:15 and is on the radio for the morning and late afternoon trading. “Discipline is the key to trading. You never go broke taking profits."
