Where I Place My Initial Stop, and Why It’s So Important

Today we’ll look at the root reason for where to place my initial stop. My only trade today is a great example of choosing stop location. The initial stop is more important than the entry. Everything else in the trade is built off of it.

Just like choosing an entry, there are always many places to put a stop; however, there is one underlying principle that I use to choose the location.
